The film that showed the same American audiences who lined up for DEEP THROAT and THE DEVIL IN MISS JONES that "X was never like this" EMMANUELLE comes to Blu-ray with its sequel. Based on the novels by Emmanuelle Arsan, the films explore the sexual awakening of diplomat's wife Emmanuelle joining her husband in Thailand in the first film and then her teaching her skills to another young woman with the help of her husband in Hong Kong for the sequel. Sylvia Kristel, Alain Cuny, Marika Green, and Umberto Orsini star. The first film was directed by fashion photographer Just Jaeckin who followed it with THE STORY OF O, and the second by photographer Franco Giacobetti who discovered BLACK EMANUELLE's Laura Gemser and cast her in a small role in his film.
