Umbrella Entertainment entertains on THE BALCONY (review)

As a revolution rages outside in an unnamed republic, the brothel of Madame Irma has its own private world of order in its deployment of fantasy and illusion to give power to its clients.  When the chief of police comes to Madame Irma for help, she concocts an illusion to restore authority to the outside world, but the invasion of a revolutionary leader who may not even exist threatens to visit brutal reality upon fantasy.  Shelly Winters, Lee Grant, Peter Falk, Ruby Dee, and Leonard Nimoy star.
