Blue Underground is a MANIAC (review)

Forget FLASHDANCE, Joe Spinell is the MANIAC in William Lustig's 42nd Street gorefest as a mother-obsessed killer of women cutting a slice out of the Big Apple.  Caroline Munro also stars.  Special make-up effects by Tom Savini.
