In this intense drama from the written by the director of SNOWPIERCER and directed by the writer of MEMORIES OF MURDER, SEA FOG takes place during the height of the 1997 Asian financial crisis when a fishing boat captain is driven by desperation to take on a human smuggling job.  He and his crew quickly find themselves in over their heads in the middle of a storm as paranoia and resentment build between the crew and the passengers.
