Code Red accepts MISSION: KILL (Review)

Robert Ginty stars as a demolitions expert who goes south of the border with an army buddy to run guns to the rebel factions of the Santa Maria dictatorship.  When his buddy is murdered by a hitman, he takes over the killer's identity but ends up joining the rebels as he tries to get to the man who ordered his friend's death.  From Action International Pictures.
