Twenty-three year old Elias is a design assistant in a clothing factory. A loner by nature, he spends his nights in a series of anonymous encounters but soon finds a makeshift family with his laboring co-workers when they must share a series of grueling overtime shifts for the holidays. Impractical to travel home in the few hours between getting off work and going back, the group find ways to unwind together. When his boss worries about him getting too close to the workers, Elias ponders whether his uncertain professional future is worth losing meaningful friendships he never had before.
