Life on the moon in LUNOPOLIS (review)

An internet video of a seemingly extra-terrestrial event and a frantic call to a radio show about moon people lead a video crew on a mind-boggling journey involving time travel, cults, and parallel timelines in Matthew Avant's LUNOPOLIS on NTSC DVD from Walking Shadows/Virgil Films in October.  See the review below:
