Arrow Video's ERIK THE VIKING: THE COMPLETE VIKING (review)

Terry Jones' ERIK THE VIKING hits DVD courtesy of Arrow Video in a 2-disc set featuring two cuts of the film and a slew of extras including director's commentary and vintage making-of segments.  Tim Robbins (JACOB'S LADDER) plays Erik the Viking who leads his men on a trip to waken the gods and end the age of Ragnarok.  Along the way, they encounter a sneezing dragon, the murderous Halfdan the Black (John Cleese), Terry Jones as the king of Hy-Brasil, and finally confront the Norse gods themselves.
