Catherine Breillat's latest film turns autobiographical as it tells the story of a female filmmaker who has a stroke. As she recovers, she takes interest in a handsome conman and contacts him about developing a film project for him. He repeatedly borrows money for her and she signs over the checks, but who is really dependent on whom?
