CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST's Luca Barbareschi stars as Chief Inspector Soneri, newly transferred to the Emila-Romagna region of Italy and butting heads with his chief and public prosecutors alike as he tries to get at the truth in a series of cases that expose the dirty laundry of respected citizens and reveal the police force's precarious control over widespread criminal activity in the area.
