Film Movement ponders TO KILL A MAN (review)

When a local thug Kalule bullies mild-mannered forestry worker Jorge and steals his diabetic test kit, his son Jorgito goes after the man and ends up getting shot.  When Kalule gets out of jail after a two year plea bargain sentence, he starts terrorizing the family despite a restraining order.  When the police and the district attorney prove ineffectual, Jorge begins his own campaign of terror against the brute, only to discover that it takes more than firepower TO KILL A MAN in this response to DEATH WISH which examines the conscience of the vigilante.
