Rejected by the police force for his height, nigthtwatchman Eddie dresses up as a cop and travels around in a police cruiser to bust prostitutes and take advantage of them. When he believes he has witnessed a murder, he thinks he can show up the police by forcing a confession out of the suspect, or punish her if she refuses. A sick slice of seventies adult cinema from Lee Frost.
