Severin Films flays SKINNER (review)

Unassuming young man Dennis Skinner (Ted Raimi) wanders from town to town flaying prostitutes.  He is enjoying the cat and mouse game he plays with his one surviving victim (Traci Lords) who is on the hunt for him while he has set his sights on a young housewife (Ricki Lake) in this nineties serial killer gorefest from the nineties.
