AGFA stares down THE SOULTANGLER (review)

Lensed in 1985 as RE-ANIMATOR was completing production, the Long Island video obscurity THE SOULTANGLER is an even more budget-starved but no-less deranged and delirious gore-drenched tale of a doctor who has developed a drug that allows souls to inhabit and reanimate the bodies of the recent dead.  A reporter starts looking into a series of recent abduction and walks right into danger.
