Ten years after neighborhood wierdo Johnny Radley fell into a well, the kids who bullied him are in for payback while the one girl who felt sorry for him begins receiving grisly tributes in the form of her friends' severed body parts in this Oklahoma-lensed slavish tribute to or ripoff of John Carpenter's HALLOWEEN.
