Arrow Video sharpens SCALPEL (review)

Robert Lansing and soap star Judith Chapman star in this Hitchcockian thriller about a plastic surgeon who transforms a beaten stripper into the likeness of his daughter for more than an inheritance scheme.  From the director of BLOOD RAGE.
