Paul Naschy stars in this French/Spanish crime thriller from Eurocine as a gang boss who is shot in the head during a heist. His gang force a scientist to transplant the brain of his enemy into his head, turning the man into a psychopathic maniac who is a danger to both gangs and anyone else who wanders along.
