LionsGate stands up for FREEHELD (review)

FREEHELD is based on the true story of Laurel Hester, a veteran of the Ocean County police department, who discovered that she had late stage lung cancer and ran into homophobia and injustice when she requested the county grant her pension benefits to her life partner.  Julianne Moore, Ellen Page, Michael Shannon, and Steve Carell star.
