In this dark French drama of youth, friendship, and jealousy, studious Charlie becomes infatuated with charismatic new transfer student Sarah, but their fast friendship leads to jealousy and the threat of exposed secrets. As Sarah charms Charlie's family and friends, Charlie finds herself powerless to fight back as the other girl uses embarrassing secrets against her in a subtle bullying campaign.
