Two robbers take the staff of a bank hostage one early morning drawing a massive police response.  As the robbers keep one step ahead of the police, the chief officer realizes that there is a third man on the outside watching and listening in on everything they do in this landmark eighties German thriller from Dominik Graf starring Gotz George (TATORT) and Heinz Hoenig (DAS BOOT).
