Lucio Fulci's third giallo effort was brutal and hard-hitting piece of social commentary in which a spate of child murders in a rural Italian village bring out the worst in its citizenry as they turn on strangers and people who are different before they must admit that the killer must be one of them. Tomas Milian, Barbara Bouchet, Marc Porel, and Florinda Bolkan star.
