When a New Age, New Wave, speedo-wearing yuppie inherits a haunted house, he decides to turn it into the ultimate bachelor pad by putting an ad out for beautiful and unattached women to be boarders.  Unfortunately, he has just gifted the malevolent spirit in the house with a supply of new victims in BOARDINGHOUSE, a shot-on-video from the eighties that actually achieved theatrical release on 35mm film.
