In Nazi-occupied Hungary, the wife of a resistence member is forced to act as wife to another resistance fighter in an effort to stay hidden in plain sight. Mistrust and suspicion turns into something more intimate that will affect theri other relationships in Istvan Szabo's Academy Award-nominated film.
