Eureka Video fears THE MAN WHO LAUGHS (review)

Conrad Veidt replaced Lon Chaney when Universal mounted their follow-up to THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE-DAME with THE MAN WHO LAUGHS in which a traveling freak is drawn into royal intrigue in the court of Queen Anne.
