Code Red and Maria Kanellis host a MARDI GRAS MASSACRE (review)

A ritualistic killer is stalking "evil women" in New Orleans in the weeks before Mardi Gras.  A detective and a hooker pair up to find the killer and hit the disco floor!  A forgotten piece of late seventies gore and sex.
