Cynthia Rothrock made her name as an action star in Hong Kong before being introduced in her homeland with the duo CHINA O'BRIEN and its sequel as a martial artist and cop who attempts to restore order to her home town when her sheriff father is murdered.  Richard Norton and Keith Cooke also star.
