Eureka is on FULL ALERT (review)

When the body of a murdered architect is discovered in a rooftop water tank, a disgraced civil engineer readily confesses to the deed but the investigating police detective believes that the suspect and his cohorts are planning a major heist in Ringo Lam's gritty "100% Hong Kong" thriller.
