Vinegar Syndrome explodes with SCANNER COP/SCANNER COP II for Halfway to Black Friday (review)

When a child with special powers grows into a young man and graduates the police academy, he may be the only person who can discover who is brainwashing average citizens into brutally murdering his fellow cops in SCANNER COP.  In the sequel, Sam Staziak is pitted against a serial killer who is a scanner like him and able to increase his powers by draining the life forces of other scanners.
