88 Films has a HEART OF DRAGON (review)

Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung get serious in the comic drama HEART OF DRAGON in which Chan is a cop who must take care of his mentally disabled brother (Hung), especially when the boy in a man's body winds up with stolen diamonds and smugglers after him.
