Arrow Video prays for KILLER NUN (review)

Anita Ekberg is a nun in charge of a Catholic hospital, but a deranged mind lurks under her habit ever since she had a brain operation.  When a number of patients turn up brutally murdered, the others fear that the sister may be responsible and which one of them may be next.  A strange hybrid of giallo and nunsploitation based on a true crime case.
