Eureka Classics showcases THREE FILMS WITH SAMMO HUNG (review)

Martial arts star Sammo Hung's career as director and Golden Harvest star gets an overview with THREE FILMS WITH SAMMO HUNG.  In THE IRON-FISTED MONK, Hung trains at a Shaolin temple to get revenge on Manchu gangsters who killed his master.  In THE MAGNIFICENT BUTCHER, Hung is a butcher who trains with master Wong Fei-Hung.  A case of mistaken identity leads to a war with another formidable master.  In EASTERN CONDORS, Asian American convicts are recruited to take a suicide mission in Vietnam after the war.
