Vinegar Syndrome weaponizes DECODER (review)

In a dystopian Hamburg, a punk musician discovers a nefarious plot by the government to control human behavior with Muzak.  He then arms a cult of rebels with tape recorders with manpulated sounds to stir up revolution.  FM Einheit and Christiane F. herself star.  With music by Soft Cell.
