Youngblood is a high school dropout who finds a mentor in Rommel, a Vietnam Vet with a teenage gang. When his girl becomes addicted to heroin, they decide to clean up the streets, not realizing that the drug dealers have no reservations about murdering anyone who tries to stop them.
