Vinegar Syndrome marks THE PASSING (Review)

World War II vet Ernie is not ready to die yet even though his best buddy Rose is resigned to the end.  Enrolling in a geriatric medical experiment, he discovers that he is to be transplanted into the body of a younger man to extend his lifespan, unfortunately the man whose body he is to take is a Death Row inmate.  An obscure Maryland regional horror film championed by John Waters.
