Code Red peers into a BLACKOUT (review)

A storm is coming to Manhattan and the massive power failure leads to looting and the escape of four madmen (including Robert Carradine) who invade an apartment highrise and terrorize the residents.  Jim Mitchum, Belinda J. Montgomery, June Allyson, Jean-Pierre Aumont, and Ray Milland also star in this Canadian/French co-production.
