Arrow Video speaks through THE POSSESSED (review)

A writer returns to a village where he spent his vacations as youth to reconnect with a hotel maid he fell in love with only to discover that she is dead of an apparent suicide.  Rumors and whispers have him suspecting the girl was actually murdered and the attempt to unravel the deep and twisted secrets of the village may claim him as a victim in this proto-gially from Luigi Bazzoni based on a real life Italian murder case.  Peter Baldwin, Virna Lisi, Philippe Leroy, and Valentina Cortese star.
