Jackie Chan hits the screen in front of and behind the camera in POLICE STORY and POLICE STORY 2, two eighties hits from the peak of his pre-Hollywood stardom in Hong Kong action cinema.  Chan is police officer Ka Kui who is catapulted into stardom as a super cop when he captures a corrupt businessman/drug dealer only to incur the wrath of the gangsters who threaten him and his fiancee (IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE's Maggie Cheung).
