Blue Underground resurrects MANIAC COP 2 (review)

The "Maniac Cop" (Robert Z'Dar) rises from his watery grave to take revenge in William Lustig's and Larry Cohen's exciting sequel.  Bruce Campbell, Laurene Landon, Claudia Christian, Robert Davi, Leo Rossi, and Michael Lerner also star.
