Code Red makes a pact with the DEVIL'S THREE (review)

Marie Lee is Singapore Interpol agent Cleopatra Wong, and she makes a pact with Lucifer and becomes one of the DEVIL'S THREE.  When his men betray him and hold his daughter for ransom, criminal kingpin Lucifer Devlin must turn to the bane of his existence Cleopatra Wong to rescue her; but what does his enemy demand in return?  With the help of a flamboyantly gay ex-cop and a three-hundred-pound psychic, Cleopatra Wong scours Manila in search of the missing girl and a horde of karate-kicking pimps, loan sharks, and drug pushers.
