Acorn and Shudder discover a CAVEAT (review)

In need of quick money after an accident, Isaac accepts an odd proposal from his landlord: to babysit the man's mentally-unstable niece at the island cottage where her father committed suicide and her mother mysteriously disappeared.  The CAVEAT is that he must wear a chained harness that restricts his movements for the young woman's sense of safety.  While the niece is unstable, it appears that there is something even more dangerous lurking in the cellar in this Irish horror film presented by Shudder.
