Vinegar Syndrome nips at JACK FROST (Review)

A serial killer becomes the world's most pissed-off snow cone in the nineties slasher JACK FROST.  After an accident with a truck transporting a government biological experiment, serial killer Jack Frost finds himself with the power to freeze and unfreeze at will, allowing him to invade the town of Snowmonton to exact revenge against its residents.
