Mondo Macabro stalks THE FAN (review)

Seventeen and obsessed with a pop star... and batshit crazy!  Simone worships musician R and waits in vain for him to respond to her love letters.  When he does not reply, she starts to believe that jealous people are trying to keep them apart.  She packs a bag and hitches to Munich to meet him in the flesh, (and to get under it in this eighties German arthouse shocker.
