Synapse Films buys a ticket to DEMONS and DEMONS 2 (review)

Dario Argento presents Lamberto Bava's drooling, growling, clawing fiends come to DVD from Synapse Films in individual releases of DEMONS and DEMONS 2.  In DEMONS, the patrons of a movie theater find themselves trapped inside when a demonic outbreak bursts forth from the screen.  Urbano Barberini, Natasha Hovey, Bobby Rhodes, Geretta-Geretta, Fabiola Toledo, and Michele Soavi star.  Music by Claudio Simonetti with songs by Accept, Pretty Maids, Motley Crue, Saxon, Go West, and The Adventures.  In DEMONS 2, the residents of a high rise apartment must survive against a horde of demons who come out of the television set.  Coralina Cataldi Tassoni, Asia Argento, Bobby Rhodes, and David Knight star.  Music by Simon Boswell with songs by The Smiths, Dead Can Dance, Gene Love Jezebel, Peter Murphy, The Art of Noise, and The Cult.  Special effects by Sergio Stivaletti.
